Intelligent automation also supports our stamping and forming operations, with our progressive stamping lines using precision-form high tensile steels. This includes SPFH590/Grade 60 materials, which allow us to manufacture lighter and stronger suspension components for cars, SUVs, vans and commercial vehicles.

 

Consistent results with automated assembly systems

Extending this level of automation, automated ball joints and bushing assembly systems help accurately and consistently reproduce engineering designs across different production volumes. Data driven continuous quality control

Production is also well supported by continuous quality control, with live information from machining, forming and welding operations available to supervising engineers, and in-line coordinate measuring systems helping to identify variations before components reach their final inspection.

Finished suspension components undergo post-production checks using coordinate measuring machines to verify required tolerances before laser etching with unique identification codes before shipping. These processes contribute to our IATF 16949:2016 certified automotive quality management system, which gives added confidence to Tier 1 OEM manufacturers and aftermarket customers looking for reliable, consistent, high quality suspension components.
