Automation of manufacturing and assembly of standard components in automotive suspension is one of the strengths of SH Auto Parts. Ball joints and bushings are critically important suspension components for our Tier 1 automotive partners. Automated ball joint assembly ensures perfect replicability, rapid assembly for large scale production, and exact quality control to guarantee engineering standards.

We have a dedicated automated ball joint assembly line at our Smart Factory in Taiwan that has been custom built to include advanced features including sophisticated go, no-go screening of auto parts during the assembly process using sensors and digital scanning technology to ensure fault-free throughput of completed ball joints before they are integrated into suspension control arms.
