Fully equipped quality lab with production line quality control for excellence in suspension component manufacturing
Our quality control systems are designed in-house to be a custom fit for our suspension component and control arm manufacturing. Quality standards are uppermost in our auto parts manufacturing processes from the very beginning. This enables us to make an exact match between engineering designs and the tools we use to check and inspect auto components during and post-production.
We perform continuous quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, with live feed from auto component machining, forming and welding to design engineers in our control room. We maintain a comprehensively equipped quality lab for post-production inspections and have the capabilities to carry out any testing and quality management checks our Tier 1 auto parts customers require.

Quality Management
We use the full range of quality management tools to guarantee zero defects in our manufacturing processes. From precision suspension component go / no-go tooling to advanced in-line CMM, our production line staff are fully supported by expert supervising engineers at every stage.
All our in-line quality control stations are fitted with coordinate measuring systems and video connection between the factory floor and control room staff. This gives immediate access to design drawings and manufacturing specifications to support our live quality checking systems.

CMM Monitoring
We use coordinate measuring machines on the production line to verify suspension component quality during production and identify any variance from machining parameters. Post-production quality control with cantilever and rotary table CMM verifies exact tolerances of completed batches before laser etching and shipping.
Our quality management suite also includes equipment to test material characteristics, deformation and strength as well as destructive testing rigs for verifying resistance of control arms and other auto components and their mode of ultimate failure.
