Precision robotic control for simultaneous mass production of different suspension components
CNC machining of suspension components across multiple environmentally sealed stations allows one robot to mass produce different parts using our patented interchangeable jigs. Component magazines enable extended autonomous operation.
All CNC machining jigs are designed in-house, virtually tested to reduce prototyping time and development costs, and optimized for our innovative robotic production systems. Live ‘digital twin’ monitoring of machining processes ensures quality criteria are met.

Monitoring
Patented interchangeable jigs for the robotic arm allow rapid production line switching between components. Smart design of input and output magazines and rests ensures accurate registration and perfect alignment for jig placement and precise magazine loading with machined parts every time.
Multi-tasking allows one robot to load multiple CNC workstations with different suspension parts and not be idle while waiting for machining to finish. Intelligent task programming optimizes production workflow for any combination of machining operations.

Live production monitoring in the control room of robotic CNC manufacturing optimizes product quality and maximizes safety. Control room staff are video and audio linked to production line quality control stations equipped with 3D visual and manual CMM to immediately check and verify component dimensions.
Staff can analyze and remedy production issues rapidly and effectively for consistent auto part manufacturing to guaranteed SAE / JIS standards.Finished suspension components are verified using 3D CMM to ensure perfect duplication of the engineering design.
