Perfect alignment for single-pass assembly of suspension components
Welding jigs are designed in-house and virtually tested using CAE programming to reduce prototyping time and development costs. Jigs are optimized for rapid error-free robotic production in our semi-automated 10-axis welding line.
Computer control and digital twin monitoring of welding lines ensures consistent replication of suspension components to guaranteed SAE / JIS standards with exceptional accuracy. Each part is tracked and registered against volume targets to maintain production efficiency.

Systems
Our 10-axis welding stations enable single pass welding of even the most complex automotive parts. This reduces production time and eliminates possible errors caused by repositioning parts for sequential welding processes.
Real-time production monitoring in the control room is combined with production line issue monitoring for live feedback to operators to maintain manufacturing quality and efficiency. Finished components are checked using 3D CMM to ensure perfect duplication of the engineering design.

Closed welding cabinets with exhaust extraction and filtration removes welding fumes safely. This reduces environmental impacts, is safer for production line workers, and eliminates fume contamination of the factory environment.
Clean air systems are an integral part of our smart factory design, along with grey water recycling, use of natural air circulation and our substantial rooftop solar power installation, which generates the electricity required for our welding lines.
