In-house Tooling Design

From stamping and forming and welding, all stages of auto component production are managed and delivered in-house. We design our own forming and stamping dies and jigs using Dassault CAE programming and virtual testing to reduce prototyping time and development costs.

Forming geometry, material spring-back and deformation characteristics are all thoroughly tested before die manufacture. Jig designs are optimized for our innovative robotic production lines to maximize manufacturing efficiency.

Progressive die stamping & forming of high tensile strength sheet metal (SPFH590 / Grade 60) for next generation weight reduction in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing enables lighter, more fuel efficient vehicles without compromising on strength and safety.

Continuous Production Monitoring

Real-time production monitoring in the control room is paired with production line issue monitoring through machine QR code scanning for live feedback on potential issues to increase manufacturing quality and efficiency.

In-line quality control stations with operator access to measuring systems and video connection to control room provide easy access to quality checking systems. Finished components are then checked using 3D CMM to ensure perfect duplication of the specified engineering design.
