Our Taiwanese manufacturing plant is comprehensively equipped for stamping, forming, welding, CNC machining and ball joint assembly. This enables us to manufacture any suspension parts entirely in-house with complete control over scheduling and quality.

We do not have a MOQ, as we have full design prototyping and testing capabilities suitable for manufacturing new components from scratch. We work with partners at all stages of auto component design, development and manufacturing no matter the scale.
We have a comprehensive, integrated, design, engineering and manufacturing facility at our SMART factory in Taiwan, with expert capacity to work from any standard format or type of engineering drawings.
Our SMART factory is digitally integrated with bar code tracking of works in progress and laser etching to identify individual completed auto parts ready for shipping. We offer real time tracking of order progress at any scale down to the individual component level.

We have a fully equipped quality control and destructive testing facility on-site adjacent to our automated manufacturing lines. At-machine 3D CMM with control room live feeds enables operators to test and verify auto components at any stage of manufacturing.
